Complete the nail install on the lower left hand side of the sliding door frame.

Nail the rest of the frame up around the door but keep checking with the level to ensure it is equal all the way around.
A 1 4 can create a significant gap in between the door and weather stripping allowing significant heat ac loss.

Out of square doors door frames either do not close if really bad or seal properly.

Other doors or windows would also be out of square so this solution would fix all the problems.
