Things needed screwdriver putty knife wire brush wet dry vacuum spray bottle filled with water hydraulic cement clean mixing container trowel optional.
If you are using concrete to patch the crack apply masonry adhesive or some type of bonding agent to the inner surface of the crack.
Then trowel the concrete into the crack until it is completely filled.
Using either a screwdriver or hammer or a combination of both chip off any loose concrete paint or old filler.
Paint the concrete bonding liquid along the length of the crack.

Mix the two part epoxy.
Use a nail to align injection points.
Wedge the chisel into the top of the crack in the concrete wall.
