Password Based Door Lock System Using 8051 Microcontroller Assembly Code

This system demonstrates a password based door lock system using 8051 microcontroller wherein once the correct code or password is entered the door is opened and the concerned person is allowed access to the secured area. It s a digital door lock system based on 8051 controller accept password from user to open the door connected with dc motor. We type the password using keypad which is attached with the system. If the code matches the predefined hard coded code lock will open up and user can enter the room.

Again if another person arrives it will ask to enter the password. A numeric password is hard coded in the 8051 microcontroller code. Here we develop an electroniccode lock system using 8051 microcontroller which provides control to the actuating the load. All the messages to input password access granted access denied will be popping up on 16 2 lcd on the right time.

If password does not match door remains closed and a message wrong password access denied is displayed on lcd. This output loadcan be a motor or a lamp or any other mechanical electrical load.
